Minimal-prep porcelain that preserves your own enamel — not the full-mouth rebuild you might have seen on TV.
A porcelain veneer is a thin, custom shell bonded to the front of a tooth. We use them to refine shape, colour, or small alignment issues — often on just 2–8 teeth, not the whole arch.
Our philosophy is to take as little tooth structure as possible and match the shade to your natural teeth. If you’d like to preview the result before anything permanent happens, we can prepare an optional mock-up — a delicate trial version you live with for a few days, give feedback on, and we adjust before we start.
Visit 1: planning conversation, photos, preliminary shade. Visit 2: minimal-prep and digital impression. Visit 3: final bonding. An optional trial mock-up can sit between visits 1 and 2.
A veneer isn’t a substitute for healthy gums, proper alignment, or a treatment plan that addresses underlying problems. We won’t place veneers on top of decay, bite issues, or periodontal disease without addressing those first.
Gentle, honest dentistry in the heart of Oak Bay. We’ll take it from here.
