Clear numbers. No surprises.

Open conversations about cost, coverage, and options — before any treatment begins.

Our commitment to you

We believe that open communication about treatment costs is essential. Our team will always discuss fees and financial arrangements with you before any treatment begins, and we’ll happily provide a written estimate. If you have questions about our fees, payment options, or insurance coverage — ask us directly. No question is too small.

Medical history

Your health and safety are our top priority. Please share a complete, accurate medical history — current and past conditions, medications (prescriptions, OTC, and supplements), allergies or sensitivities, gum health, and recent hospitalisations or major health changes.

Because oral health is closely linked to overall health, this information helps us identify potential risks, customise treatment, and ensure that dental procedures are safe and effective. We ask patients to update their medical history at every appointment, or whenever something changes. All information is kept confidential and complies with privacy regulations. If you’re uncertain whether something is relevant — share it. We’d rather have more information than not enough.

Payment options

Cards. Visa, Mastercard, Interac, and Discover.

Debit and cheque. Accepted. A fee may be applied for returned cheques.

Payment plans. For extensive treatments we offer flexible payment plans. Speak with our financial coordinator to discuss what’s available.

Dental insurance

We’re pleased to help you maximise your dental insurance benefits. As a courtesy, we’ll submit claims to your insurance company on your behalf. A few notes:

Dental insurance is a contract between you and your carrier, not between us and your carrier. We can help you understand your coverage, but final billing decisions rest with your provider. Any balance not covered by insurance is ultimately your responsibility.

Missed appointments & cancellations

Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 48 hours’ notice so we can offer that time to another patient. Repeated short-notice cancellations may be subject to a fee.

Questions?

Call us at 250 595 5203 or email our team. We’ll walk you through any of this in plain language, before anything is scheduled.
